The Purchaser acknowledges that:

• The item may be inspected at the time of collection, and

• If unsatisfied, may decline to proceed with the purchase at that point for a full refund,

• Once taken, no returns, refunds, or claims will be entertained thereafter.

By completing the purchase, the Purchaser accepts the item in its existing condition and waives all rights of recourse against the Seller.
